Halloween

Well, I don't know what the weather was like everywhere else on Halloween, but here we enjoyed a nice drizzle to trick or treat in. It was really actually the best trick or treating weather I've ever been in, I didn't have to wear a coat, hat and gloves! I could get used to it being 75 degrees throughout the months of October and November. :)

Logan fit perfectly into one of Taylor's old outfits. Yay! He was so cute too. I love unisex hand-me-downs.

Taylor was absolutely darling all dolled up in her princess dress up clothes. (No, I didn't spend a dime on Halloween this year!) She was super excited to have makeup on and to have her hair all done up. Not that there is much to do... But she was happy, so that's what matters!

Here they are together, just waiting for the Weber's to show up so we can go get some candy!!!

Here are our good friends, the Weber's, kids. Chase (Yoda) and Collin (Monkey). Bonnie and I put the little ones in strollers and we walked the kids around the neighborhood for about an hour. Meanwhile, Tyler and Jordan were supposed to be handing out candy, but as soon as we left, they turned off the light and locked the door. Now I'm stuck with a huge amount of candy that I don't know what to do with. What Scrouge's.
Taylor was so cute. Instead of saying "Trick or Treat" like I coached her, she kept saying "Happy Halloween!" What a sweetheart. I loved that she had a great time, and she keeps asking me if we can go again. She doesn't know what "Next year" means... Even though I'm sure that Logan has no idea what went on, he was a super good sport and had a great time wearing his horsie costume. All in all, a successful holiday. Except for all the extra candy...

OH, the kids look so cute. Happy Halloween! I admit I am a Halloween Scrooge too, but it looks like the kids had fun. Maybe it is an OK holiday...

Another thing that Gerald and Tyler have in common. Gerald told me that he is not going to go trick-or-treating again. I have loved the last two years with calm weather and not having to deal with snow this early on. LOVE IT!
